Blue Star Cigars ("we," "us," "our") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site or submits a request through it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it's protected.

When you use the Send Cigars form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• The service member's name, rank, and branch of service
• The service member's unit address and APO/FPO ZIP code

We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Google Analytics only loads on your browser if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, see our Cookie Policy for details on how that works and how to change your choice.

We do not use advertising pixels or sell any data collected through analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information submitted solely to fulfill your request: preparing and shipping cigars to the service member you've named, and following up with you if we have a question about the details you provided.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party. Information may be shared with the shipping carrier only as needed to deliver a package to the address provided.

Data Retention

We keep submission records only as long as needed to fulfill the request and maintain basic records of past shipments. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it.

You can ask us at any time what information we have on file for you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting Jim Rice directly.
