Use of the Site

This site exists to let people submit requests to send cigars to service members deployed overseas or underway at sea. Please only submit accurate information, and only for someone who meets that eligibility criteria.

Accuracy of Submissions

You're responsible for the accuracy of the name, rank, branch, and address information you submit. We rely on that information to fulfill your request and can't be responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or outdated details.

No Guarantee of Service

Blue Star Cigars is a volunteer effort, funded by people who help cover the cost. We do our best to fulfill every request, but we can't guarantee that every submission will result in a shipment, or guarantee timing.

Intellectual Property

The Blue Star Cigars name, logo, and site content are the property of Blue Star Cigars and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Star Cigars is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
